Get in touch
Tell us about your site.
The quickest route to a useful answer is a 15-minute call or a short email with the key facts below. We'll respond within one working day and we'll tell you up-front whether a survey is worth running.
Direct contact
Email or call. No form required.
We don't operate a contact form on this site by choice. A short, direct email gets to the right person faster, and you can include any site documentation inline. If you'd rather talk first, call us during UK working hours.

What to tell us
Six facts that unlock a useful first response.
We'll work with whatever you have, but the more of the below you can include up front, the faster we can tell you whether your site is a fit and what a survey would look like.
- Site type, sector and broad site archetype (hospital, school, hotel, manufacturing plant, etc.)
- Annual electricity, kWh or £, or a recent bill attached
- Sites, single site, or number of sites in a portfolio
- Incoming voltage, if you know it; if not, "not sure" is fine
- Existing measures, any prior energy work already done (LED, BMS, motors, solar)
- Timing, when you'd want this to land (current year, next capex cycle, opportunistic)
What happens after you get in touch
- Reply within one working day. A short email or call back from our engineering team acknowledging the enquiry and either (a) confirming the site looks like a candidate and proposing a survey, or (b) telling you why it doesn't and recommending a better fit elsewhere if we know of one.
- Scoping call. 15–30 minutes on a call to talk through the site, the procurement route, and the commercial framing. No sales deck. The fastest way to a useful survey proposal.
- Survey proposal. A short document setting out survey scope, cost (if any, as many surveys are free at this stage), timing, and deliverables. You approve, we get on site.
- Everything else, analysis, proposal, install, M&V, follows the standard process.
If it's a technical query, not a survey request
We're happy to answer technical questions, send datasheets under NDA, or get on a call with your M&E team before any survey or commercial conversation. Email enquiries@voltasolutions.co.uk with "Technical query" in the subject and we'll route it to the right person.
